WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT

Prior to attending a session, you'll be asked to complete an intake form. You'll answer a number of questions designed to help me understand some of the context of what you're hoping to have change through therapy. The intake form will also cover some other aspects of therapy, like confidentiality (which we will go over together in the first session), and the cancellation policy.

When you book a session-you'll choose either a video or phone session. If you choose a video session, a link will be sent to you prior to the session. If you choose a phone session, I will phone you at session time. A session is 60 minutes-please plan on being available for an hour. In order to have the best therapy experience, please try to find yourself a quiet space for your session.

Our first session will focus on clarifying your goals for therapy and getting on the same page about what you would like to see happen through therapy. Each session you will leave with at least one task or activity to practice until your next session. As we journey together, we will continue touching base about your goals and progress to ensure that this service is providing benefit to you and that you feel we are on the right track.
