I'm a Registered Psychologist and I've been working in the field of mental health for 6 years. I've had the immense privilege of working with clients of all ages in a variety of contexts, including community mental health, schools, and hospital settings.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution-focused, meaning that I work collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that plays to their individual strengths and values and that emphasizes actionable steps to take in-between therapy sessions. I am committed to my clients experiencing progress towards their goals. Life can be so tough sometimes, and it is my absolute honour to work alongside my clients as they work through the hard stuff.
